Role Mission
To support the Creative Communications team in the day-to-day execution of high-quality content for De’Longhi, Kenwood, and Braun. As a Content Production Intern, you will be the “right hand” to our production leads, helping to bridge the gap between creative concepts and final assets. This is a hands-on role designed for a digital-native creator who wants to learn how a global brand maintains premium standards while innovating with modern technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Support & Execution
- Art Direction Assistance: Help prepare mood boards, visual references, and creative briefs for upcoming photography and video shoots.
- Asset Versioning: Work within Brand Guidelines to adapt master creative assets into different formats (Social Media, Web Banners, e-Commerce) while maintaining visual consistency.
- Copywriting & Editing: Assist in drafting and proofreading short-form copy for digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with each brand’s unique voice.
- Photography & Shoots: Support the team during on-site or studio productions, assisting with asset organization and quality control.
Innovation & AI Exploration
- Content Generation: Experiment and iterate with tools to help generate “net-new” creative concepts.
- Library Management: Help maintain our “Prompt Playbook,” documenting what works and what doesn’t to improve our AI-driven workflows.
Operational Coordination
- Asset Management (DAM): Help organize, tag, and upload new content to our Global Digital Asset Management system to ensure markets can find what they need.
- Competitive Research: Keep a pulse on industry trends in content production, AI, and social media to provide fresh inspiration to the team.
What We Are Looking For
- A Creative Eye: You have a foundational understanding of Art Direction and Photography. You know what looks “premium” and why.
- Attention to Detail: You are a “Brand Guardian” in training. You can spot a wrong font or a misplaced logo from a mile away.
- Performance Mindset: You are curious about what makes content effective. You have a basic understanding of performance metrics (engagement, CTR, conversion) and are eager to test, learn, and continuously improve creative output across digital channels.
- Communication Skills: Strong writing skills in English; you can write clear, engaging copy and communicate effectively with a global team.
- Tech Curiosity: You are already playing with AI tools and are eager to learn how to use them in a professional, commercial environment.
Qualifications
- Currently studying (or recently graduated in) Creative Direction, Graphic Design, Communications, or Film/Media Production.
- Familiarity with cutting edge marketing & creative tools (e.g., Google Gemini, Google AI Studio, Adobe Firefly) is considered a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop is a must; Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus).
- A portfolio or “side project” showcasing your creative work (photography, design, or social media content).
- Language: Fluent in English. Knowledge of Italian or German is a great bonus.
